Design: Libraries for Illumina sequencing were constructed on randomly sheared DNA fragments (Covaris E210) aiming 300 to 500 bp insert size using the NEXTflex ChIP-seq Library prep kit (BIOO Scientific). Library sizes were analyzed on a Bioanalyzer (Agilent) and quantified using Qubit (Life Technologies) equimolar pooled. The library pool was loaded on an Illumina paired-end flowcell for cluster generation using a cBot (illumina). Sequencing was done on an Illumina HiSeq2500 instrument using 125, 7, 125 flow cycles for forward, index and reverse reads respectively
